How do you achieve the maximum floor area for office space within existing town planning restrictions and the limited area for required parking? We creatively addressed this challenge by suspending the floors over the required parking in a continuous sculptural loop of off-shutter concrete. The result is a building flows continuous from the ground up to the roof entertainment area. This theme is continued in the unique solar shading device which is treated as a silver curtain. The flowing concept is continued on the interior with elements such as the reception desk and interior spaces echoing this idea.
