To maximise the northern exposure, the building is defined as two contemporary pavilions connected with a corridor spine. The roof and the floors are articulated as a concrete plain which wraps around the spaces. The connecting corridor spine is punctured with vertical slots to allow for the best natural light to penetrate this space. The pavilions which are offset from one another creatively produce a private courtyard on a small stand.
